Quality pressing from Speakers Corner, worth every penny and a must for every Toussaint fan
If you appreciate Toussaint’s legacy and work then you shouldn’t hesitate adding this album to your collection. I only have CD and digital references for comparison but I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of this release - it sounds amazing with a wide soundstage, highly recommend.
Add this to the list of crown jewels in my collection! It sounds glorious and as always with Speakers Corner, the pressing is perfect.
Sounds amazing. Great definition and separation. Love this album and finally a good repress. Worth every penny.
I own three different versions of this album - two originals and one from men w beards which is a failure - but this here sounds incredible! If you want this record, don't go for the high priced originals, get this.
Edited 10 months agoreferencing Life, Love And Faith (LP, Album) MS 2062
October 2021 this wil be reissued (pure analogue reissue) by Speakers Corner- After reading the previous comments, I was nervous about this pressing of a fantastic album. For me, no warping issues and the sound quality isn't bad - slightly muddy in places but overall seven out of ten and a copy I'm happy to have, given how expensive the originals are.
Edited one year agoGreat album but the quality of the copy is so poor, B side suffers from serious distortion...- Very disappointed with this one. Every copy at my local shop was warped and they sound like it. Plus, the gimmicky blue is a bad look.
Excellent album though! Toussaint at his finest.
