Too bad has dialogue tracks. Ruins it for me. To program out is possible but this IMHO should not be necessary.- Silent press which is important due to the dialogue snippets.
My second beatball release and both have been great. - Sounds great - good remastering job and my pressing is silent and colourful. Not so sure about the finish on the vinyl which tries to be a swirl effect but looks a bit of a mess also both discs look green to me. but aesthetics aside this is worth picking up for the completist or if you dont have one of the earlier vinyl reissues which probably and marginally don't sound quite as punchy. Goodbye Eric!

Maybe a date, Feb 25th ?
£1200 sounds about the price I paid, although from memory I am sure I traded it with Conroy "Feelings" library LP, but that would have been over 10 years ago, and would have paid extra on top of the trade.- Edited 3 months ago

Note, 25 copies were pressed of the white label promo (see pic showing 2 / 25 on here), the issue release on black Odeon label did not make it for retail and got melted back down for re use, thus a handful only survive, probably making it actually rarer than the white label promo. This is what I have managed to find out so may not be totally correct !!! - Anybody else getting a small patch of static noise / pressing defect at the start of 'Getting Nowhere In A Hurry - Instrumental'?
- So frustrating that they won't issue the soundtrack without the dialogue. Budd's music is stunning and deserves to be heard in its own right.
- I don’t have major issues re the dialogue sequencing, though that’s a good point but am not very impressed with the level of crackle and pops on the quieter tracks. The sound is pretty good on the louder tracks but overall disappointing- still, quite happy to have found a copy of it.
- the dialogue on this album is strangely out of context compared to the movie, the "drink up" section (which is the end scene in the movie) is before the "your a big man but your out of shape" scene, (which is only half way through the movie) (?)

Can anyone confirm whether the original vinyl pressing on Odeon from 1971 features dialogue from the film or not?
