Are there any comments on the technical performance? The first edition is a disaster. Tsunami of mistakes.

Maybe I'm that bad luck.
I have over 4000 records, but this copy is the worst disappointment I've ever had in my life. The record was made disastrously. Too many pops and clips, distortion on toooooo many details, interference... I can't give a ZERO rating!!!. but it deserved less than that

I've only just picked this up, but didn't look at discogs reviews before buying. Have to say mine is dead quiet although needed de-staticing with a zerostat. Added the runouts wondering if they may have repressed some, if people who bought it early could check to verify if theirs are different.
Stunning boxset, both physical content and the music, it's just beautiful, well worth the money I would say.

I wish I could return mine. It is shocking. So much surface noise. I think the quality of vinyl pressings has become a real hit-and-miss for most now.

I returned my set as well. Even after several rounds in my Gläss, two of eight sides crackled terribly. Nice set, but unacceptable pressing quality.

Buy only if you're sure you can return it postage free if you don't like how it sounds - even after a thorough clean with my RCM the records still have a bit too much surface noise.
Lovely edition, but not really worth it, imho.

This is BY FAR the cleanest and quietest sounding record I have ever heard. I didn't believe it at first. Honestly, I unplugged my refrigerator because the absolute lack of surface noise was unbelievable. 100% would buy again if I didn't already own it.

I hear things that digital format didn't give me Very detailed mastering also the bass is better than digital format
I recommend it
