Notes
The Prologue and Epilogue to Bad for Good were originally released on a 7" included with the LP. CD and cassette copies either place both songs at the end, or the Epilogue at the end of side A and the Prologue at the end of side B. Australian releases place the songs as bookends, but re-arrange the other 8 songs to better fit the cassette format; this version also omits the spoken ending to "Left in the Dark".

Pretty funny how bad the vocals are on this. Left in the Dark is almost painful to listen to.

Fantastic album by Jim Steinnan. Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through, great song. Beautiful composition throughout. Ellen Foley once again showcases her extraordinary talent.

Jim is not the best singer in the world by a long shot. I'm sure he'd be the first to admit that but the over the top production and incredible songs more than make up for this shortfall. At least he had the brains to let someone more capable (Rory Dodd) handle the lead vocals on three tracks that really needed extra oomph. Lost Boys And Golden Girls,Surf's Up and the epic album closer Rock And Roll Dreams Come Through. Meat Loaf would eventually re-record most of these tracks over the next 20 years.
