Clean noiseless vinyl. The production and mastering are atrocious though. Sounds like a low-res file with bloated bass.
And this is supposed to be "a louder, fuller cut"? I wonder how bad the original version was then.

Yes, Madlib's production is often lo-fi, but this is subpar compared to some of his other albums. Egon and Madlib may drink top burgundy and own vintage garrards, but somehow they can't come up with a decent sounding record?

Sound is really compressed. Honestly worst then 320kbps spotify. And my turntable is not the problem (sl-1200mkII, nagaoka mp-100,etc...)

is the audio itself different from the regular bandana album?

good sounding pressing. anybody complaining about it is playing it on a crosley or another shitty “turntable”.

Got this copy 69$ sealed, I have since opened it and must say the pressing plays amazing, I don’t have others to compare it to tho. So glad I got it at a steal of a price.

I’ve had 4 different versions of this album including Madlibs take, this by far is the best sounding release. I’ve sold the others and kept this one. On my ghetto sound system this one slaps the hardest and is the loudest. What up Egon!!!!

Somehow I have this record - confirmed by the runout IDs - but it came in a different jacket, the regular EU version. Happy accident it seems! Sounds great.

Almost frightening how they managed to make this sound as good as it does on 1LP. I don't have other pressings but this one is a winner!
