Chelsea Wolfe – Birth Of Violence

My copy does sound good, more life in it than a lot of modern pressings (especially from GZ) but it does suffer from surface noise even after a clean.

Sounds fine to me. Won't blow your socks off, but it's clean with no noise (better than what can be said for a lot of other pressings).

Absolutely love how this sounds in this pressing. Like it was made for it.

When are they going to learn that “eco mix” pvc should be used for piping and not making a vinyl pressing you actually want to sound good. Leave the trite virtue signaling to Taylor Swift, Chelsea. Love the album itself, though.

Our copy sounds fantastic. A little surface noise from the dust - but that’s gotta be due to the cheap inner sleeve. Very rich soundstage with a really warm bottom end. A lot richer on vinyl than I expected.

My copy is fine, no issues at all. Better equipment solves many of these noise issues.

Omg sounds BEAUTIFUL, so rich and deep. Color is gorgeous too. Check their brick-and-mortar locations if you can, I snagged it for $13.99 in-store on 8/5/20, way cheaper than their site or discogs—not sure how widely available they are or if I just lucked out!

Excellent pressing. Silent after cleaning. Sounds fantastic. Absolutely no sibilance issues reported on other versions.

Quite poor quality pressing : a lot of saturation on the voice and a lot of surface noise.
The packaging is really beautiful (except for the cheap inner sleeve) and, of course, the album is awesome. But this pressing is quite disappointing.
