How can this deluxe edition be limited to 1000 copies yet over 1200 own it?

Does anyone else notice a Talk Talk like progression with Alabama Shakes and this album?

Books a million had this sweet record marked down to 12$!? Someone find me Brittany so i can give her more money.

Really beautiful album, each track has it's own kind of magic.
Sadly, the pressing leaves a lot to be desired. Very poor dynamic range and mastering for the vinyl version.
Sounds a lot flatter, quieter and more muted than other records. Passable, but disappointing

Love this album. Really solid pressing too, sucks that others had issues with their copies

My copy has no surface noise and or any other problem. I wouldn't call put it in among the top records I have, but I'm pleased with the sound. Looks marvelous as well. I wish it was easier to tell which side is which though haha

My copy is just fine. Actually, listening to this on vinyl is way more enjoyable than listening to the mp3. It's a great album and a pleasant record to listen to late at night.

This is an horrible pressing to a very strong album...too bad.

It’s lavish, it’s huge, it’s just as forward thinking as the Alabama Shakes album ‘Sound and Colour’, but a looser, more adventurous and far more sonically diverse recording. I’m simply aghast at Brittanys ability as band leader and solo artist; unafraid, confident and authoritarian, explosive, intimate, sorrowful... I could go on and on. Let’s not forget, the musicians and producer that surround her, that know how to accompany her on these incredible wanderings - they lift these limitless ideas skywards. It’s beautifully recorded, from stratospheric to chaotic but never cluttered. Just like Sound and Colour, the miking is so wonderful - the sound is warm, rich and deep, especially the fat drums which kick it all the way through. It’s constantly making full use of a wide stereo field with clever compression techniques, which leaves you to explore the tracks with clarity, satisfied all the way. It’s not a ‘loudness war failure’ as I read on Amazon, it’s mastered really well.

This European pressing is good - a few snaps and pops - clean it and get it out of the inner sleeve into an antistatic ASAP as mine was covered in little bits of white paper.
