- Edited 3 years agoThis is high quality oldskool release, my favorite release from this label, alsongside ''Delta Lady - Anything you want'', the best 2 releases out of this label by miles away.
Besides the ''Delta Lady'' track, here we have 2 totally different tracks in style:
''The Trancespotter (Turbo Nation Trance Groove)'' is an oldskool trance tune, which happens to be one of my favorite trance tracks of all times. All the elements of the track, are dark, trippy, deep, with plethora of layers, adding as the track builds and builds. This is a monster of a tune a real alltimes classic track, that cannot be surpassed by anything else in my opinion.
''Scratch N Sniff (The One Billion Dub Mix)'' is a way different tune than the a-side of the vinyl, it's a bouncy progressive house/ tribal track, with killer edits, many layers again, and a amen breakbeat loop in the background. It is a lovely track but doesn't touch the high quality of a -side (The Tranceporter), yet still is a great b-side, that could have been an a-side tune of any other release.
Fantastic record both sides. - Absolutely destroys me to see this tune going for a few bucks - this is quality music
Vinyl blair just keep adding one element after another after another without ever making it seem busy.
Another tune i just had to have when it came out despite being more into hardcore / dnb - Edited 7 years agoultra ultra rare 1993' original 12' release, 'vinyl blair' aka steve 'dub' jones and famous u.k dj Billy Nasty (both are from the other same period famous trancey house band Shi-Take...), and, rare 7th first release only by Hard Hands, leftfield's label, with arty words etched to the center of the record, and a 'max' mastering still sounding today... if this release is still not an ultimate collector, it's about to become a very limited one to have, as quick as possible... ! ! ! 😇
have a nice day !
