Beautiful repress, everything is high quality. Perfectly balanced sound, crystal clear with that natural warmth you would want.

OK! If only just a little more bass.... But that could be more a matter of taste.

Compared this to my US 1974 reissue, and this sounds much more alive and dynamically better. There was never a huge presence of low-end on this album to begin with, but this 2022 has a bit more not to mention crisper highs. Have a little non-fill sound on side A in a few spots but nothing serious. Sounds great and an enjoyable listen.

Is this South african copy really gatefold? I doubt. Mine Isn't . Have also added some additional images of the ABC Paramount black label!

Posiadam Variant 1 - co za fantastyczne wydanie! Bardzo dynamiczne, zrównoważone, ciepłe z szeroką sceną i prawie ciche. Jestem zachwycony, brzmi pięknie! Czy UHQR jest lepsze? Może i tak, ale czy na tyle by w Polsce dać za nie 1000 PLN? Wątpię. Mając tą prasę nie czuję potrzeby jej doskonalenia. Jeśli trafisz na różową etykietę w dobrym stanie, to się nie wahaj. Polecam.

Excellent record. Dead quiet pressing and very dynamic sound. Highly recommended. The record also came in a plastic-lined sleeve which is always a plus. Compared with an original pressing, it sounds more detailed and balanced. Just get this one!

As good as the vinyl - in fact it’s better. Analogue Productions’ vinyl is just way too noisy for the price they’re charging. Album has never sounded better than this.

Sounds alive and very quiet! Played loud with Shure V15-III w/ NOS elliptical stylus through tubes and HD650s. Nothing sounds overblown or distorted in this setup

A treasure trove full of infectious hooks, killer grooves, great production, intelligent Beat-wit & melodic 70s soft pop-rock jazz influenced songs. Impressive starting point for their greatness that has all the hallmarks of future Steely Dan signature creativity.

Bought in NL for 16,90 EUR new, sealed.
No skips, no clicks, not warped.
But significantly audible rumble; more than in my 1976 copy.
Player is Dual 5000 with Denon 160 cartridge.

Sound however, is rather flat and dull. Dynamics seems less than my 1976 NL copy.

From the moment Donald's vocals kicked in on "Do It Again", I knew I was in for a treat - I was not disappointed. Honestly incredible. I heard new details in virtually every tune. If you can find it for a decent price, I strongly recommend it.
