Robert Wyatt – Rock Bottom

Pressing sounds pretty good. I suspect an original would sound better though. It seems a little thin, but nothing specifically to point out. But the music is magical.

Little red riding hood is proto drum and bass and worth the Poa alone . If you’re looking you know enough about music to find value in it ,wherever and whomsoever makes it .

High level and full spectrum, this reissue sounds surprisingly good...

This pressing is surprisingly excellent. Good mastering and quality of vinyl. Flat, quiet with great dynamics. A great pressing of a great LP.

Although laudable in it's own context, I still find this album a difficult listen. After Sea Song it all starts to go all Sargasso Sea. Two positive points are the guitar-work of Mike Oldfield at the end and Nick Mason helping himself to some of the structural arrangements to repurpose on Floyd's 'Animals'.

Great sound quality on this, very detailed and full sonic spectrum. The production on this album is lovely and this pressing really brings that out all the instruments have plenty of air and it retains that with the more complex overlapping instrumentation. Recommended.

One of those records that sounds nice on first listen, and you enjoy more and more each listen.
Mine has a round Promotion Only sticker on the cover. Doesn’t appear to be a special promo label though.

Ahh Robert Wyatt, this is a trippy LP with washes of sound, folky and prog elements, nice Bass playing and vocal silliness. A touch of melancholy. Must have if you're into the Canterbury scene. Really enjoyed this listen.

Comparing digital version with strong sound card and this version, have to say this is really great sounding, perfectly silent, clear and detailed. Strong! i have tremendous pleasure listening to this one on my system.

Sounds beautiful! Soft, warm and balanced, no surface noise. Great pressing, with some notes from Wyatt on the sleeve. Domino did well.
