Marilyn Manson – We Are Chaos

I think it's one of his better albums from the last couple of years personally. No misses, all killer, no filler!

My sealed copy has considerable surface noise. It looks like a pressing issue as the edges of the record were not shaved properly either with tons of little plastic hairs on the record and on the edge. I did give it a thorough wipe down with solution, but perhaps it needs something else. Probably just the quality of the pressing unfortunately. Love this album and it is my second copy. When I re-listen to my other pressing I'll update here with a comparison. Funny, I bought this copy as my "play copy" since it was 180g so my other rarer copy could be stored.

Sounds great, but question?? Did the press more because my copy isnt 45rpm. It spins at 33. Other than that no complaints. The vinyl looks amazing.

I do have to crank it up a bit, but it sounds beautiful. Almost zero surface noise even on quiet parts. The clear black is something quite different. This album hits so hard with me. It really pulls demons from your soul out to the open. Especially if you have been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana.

No issues with my copy of this album. The vinyl was a little dusty from paper fibres, but a little clean and it played without noise. A decent MM album to have in your collection,

A mixed bag for me demonstrated by the first two tracks: the first trying rather too hard for shock rock drama, the second with a memorable lyric and chorus. So it goes. Quite a compressed recording lacking body and with a limited soundstage. A come down in every way from "Pale Emperor", which, aside from anything else, sounds really great on vinyl.

This pressing has a better sound than the white european version i also own.

This fucking version is awesome. Comes with a poster and 3 postcards with Manson's work.

This pressing isn't perfect, but I got it for $16 sealed new.

Possibly one of his best albums.

Plays fine. 'Broken Needle' has no run out groove, so just repeats last second of music endlessly. Nice.
