Tribal acid house gem from the fellas at Wonka.
The A-side features 2 stellar tracks in this vein. 'Black Bush' is dark, brooding, up-tempo acid-tinged tribalism at its finest. This EP is worth it for that track alone. 'Viva' is tribalism by way of industry. Percussive noise blasts and ethnic beats drive the track nicely.
B-side's 'Sec Groove' is my least favorite of the tracks, but is still quite good. Wonka's catalogue holds many playful tunes and this one's no exception. Skittering samples enmesh with a bouncy bassline and upbeat orchestral-like hits.referencing The Black Bush EP (12", 33 ⅓ RPM, EP) WONKA 1016
