My copy sounds great! The blue vinyl looks amazing too! Tracy is my personal highlight from this album! If you’ve not got this yet definitely worth adding to your collection

seems like a lot of both positive & negative reviews on this. I have A/B'd this with my Jetset 1st press & it is a huge Improvement. Dynamics sound incredible and the record is very quiet with no pops, skips, or hiccups; which is necessary for an album that can be so quiet. One of my favorite reissues i own.

If anyone is selling a sealed copy with the outer box free of major dents and scratches please let me know!

Copy from Amazon sounds amazing. Maybe a tiny pop here or there but this is straight out of the package, a light brushing and playing. Haven't done a full wash. Sounds great!

This is my first time hearing this album, but no apparent issues with the vinyl. Sounds good, nice bass, dark.

Like Herod freaking explodes in at the loud parts, so powerful. Mine sounds pretty good, a few pops but nothing insane. I’m so glad I didn’t drop the money on the OG pressing, this is the only album I’ve actually considered spending a lot on for an old pressing. I also loved finding this without even knowing it was repressed, this has just been one of those albums I’ve always looked for in stores but never found.

Having sat on this for a long time, and based on reading of all the other negative reviews, I was dreading the day I'd open it to play. However once opened, and after a run through my ultrasonic cleaner, I am really pleasantly surprised by it. Aside from a couple of pops/clicks on 'Like Herod' I have to say that this pressing is rather good. Not as good as CODY, but happy to have it in my collection nethertheless.

Mine plays perfect on my system (technics mk2 / audiolab) ... No surface noise, it's flawless and crystal clear! Box and innersleeves are perfect and the extra content enjoyable!

My pressing has the same pressing issues brought up in numerous of the other reviews. Numerous pops, noise, and skips over all 4 sides (cleaned well before playing). I fear I'm stuck with my copy as Amazon is sold out, so I could get my money back, but no way to exchange, and even if I could it sounds like it's a crap shoot getting a new clean copy. What a bummer.
