Notes
The second (and last) Bob Marley & The Wailers album produced by Lee Perry, Soul Revolution Part II was first issued in 1971 (the Part II as a 'homage' to James Brown's James Brown - Revolution Of The Mind (Recorded Live At The Apollo Vol. III)), also released as an instrumental/dub 'Rhythm' album.
Later reissued by various labels (sometimes with different titles and/or artwork, similar to Soul Rebels and The Best Of The Wailers).
Most of these tracks were included on the African Herbsman (1973) compilation, and numerous budget releases.

my copy has a blue front sleeve and a white back sleeve upside down , some kind of misprint I guessreferencing Soul Revolution (LP, Album, White Label) TTL 66
Any one know if there’s any relation to this record? https://www.discogs.com/release/20508505-Bob-Marley-The-Wailers-Soul-Revolution-Rhythm?ev=item-vc- In full agreement with the prior two posts. Just contacted Discogs about the apparent hypocrisy here, especially since the vinyl itself states "all rights reserved". We shall see...

A piece of Reggae history. Like a lot of Jamican music around this time it isn’t the greatest sound quality but surprisingly this isn’t a bad mix. The bass is very present and the vocals are loud and slightly tinny. Other than that it sounds great for what it is.
Although on side 1 track 5 (Duppy) there seems to be a repeated fading in and out of Marleys vocals. Like as if he stepped back from microphone. Or (more than likely) Lee Perry was slightly drunk at the mixing board
Overall I’m so happy to finally own an original pressing of this one. Do yourself a favor and buy one now while they’re still available on Discogs (as of this post)- Edited one year ago

Is this significantly later edition than the jamaican editions on Upsetter label? I seem to read that Maroon label also was under control by Lee Perry? - Whoever mastered this release deserves much praise because the sound is excellent. Rich and creamy, just the way reggae should be.
