This is a UK decca cut housed in a USA sleeve! Telling you now, the decca engineers working in the UK were second to none at that time. Do yourself a favor and seek one of these out. They are grossly underpriced for now. - Whether it is UK or Europe export I think this is one to buy. Has the US song selection and order with Satisfaction and sounds clear and vibrant like I have never heard although I did not think my US 1st London mono was bad. It certainly wasn’t this good!!
- Decided to leave a review since nobody else has. For the somewhat-low price, this repress is very good. It delivers a very full sound with no surface noise. Obviously the original recording quality is not great, but bearing that in mind, this is very good. I’ll probably buy more records from this line of Rolling Stones represses.
- This version does not sound nice. The bass is severely boosted to where it sounds as if it were originally recorded last year and not in 1965. Maybe it has to do with the fake stereo.

Mine has red tape over the Decca logos on the labels, and black tape over the Decca logo on the back of the jacket. Nothing over the front cover Decca logo. It looks factory. Maybe due to US distribution? I purchased it in the US.- although yes 1965 is when the album was released
The first eight-track machine in the UK was an Ampex machine installed at London's Trident Studios in early 1968. At about the same time Advision Studios installed a similar machine built by Scully.
So probably this cartridge was produced in the early 70s referencing Out Of Our Heads (LP, Album, Mono) LK 4733
8B/9A in dead wax as shown in variant 2. Vinyl is extremely quiet. Sonics have a little more definition and accentuate Jagger''s vocals slightly more than 2016 mono box UK OOOH. Bass is more prominent on UK OOOH from the mono box set but the added bass muddies the overall mix a bit. Both 1965 and 2016 versions are very enjoyable. Used AT 33MONO cartridge.
