Valor's voice is completely out of tune on this precious album. Please, couldn't you include it at least last?

Sounds nice and clear for the most part but the bass is severely lacking. I had to turn the bass all the way up.

Comprising, along with Ashes, two of the most important documents of gothic rock, if that label can be used loosely. Absolutely essential document.

Based on a discussion in version revision history, this CD deteriorates over time and becomes unplayable, just like PDO UK CDs.
Anyone buying this CD should ask the seller to check whether the CD still plays fine (or better, don't buy it for listening because it's a time bomb, unless for collecting purposes).

Dark, stylish, addictive, refined, learned, lyrical and poetical Goth Band, and with an unique and supercool line-up: Williams, Valor, Gitane, Glass, Constance, Westfall.

whats the difference between the "Catastrophe Ballet" and "A Catastrophe Ballet With Rhapsody Of Youth And Rain" ?

Catastrophe Ballet is the best ever album by Christian Death and Rozz Williams was and will always be the only leader of the band.

Decent sound on this. I could imagine an original sounding better, possibly more defined and warmer but this reissue isn't bad. Nice big drums and solid low end make the music sound full and lively. Vocals are present and detailed. Sounds really good. Pressing is flat and centered and plays quiet for the most part, some clicks here n there. Will do for a clean version to spin.

My copy features a photo of Pero Pelù (Litfiba) instead of the naked woman in the label. The photo comes from the artwork of Litfiba's "Yassassin".
