        Recently purchased a sealed copy of this and the matrix numbers match perfectly. I’m not seeing Bernie Grundman’s initials in the deadwax (these aren’t listed in the ID notes either) but he is mentioned as the mastering engineer in the liner notes.

        Regardless, this sounds excellent! Mastering is top notch and the vinyl is silent. I much prefer this to the OG CD copy I bought the week this originally came out. My only complaints are the spindle holes are a bit small (tight fit) and a gatefold would have been a nice touch for this release. Overall though, this sounds really great!

            Update: Received another copy, and both records sound perfect. The first one I received must have been a fluke.

            Original: Sides A & B sound great, but my copy of C & D are completely unplayable. Terrible pressing in that the vinyl is badly warped and the edges of the record are a little jagged like something went wrong during manufacturing. Really disappointing. At least the cover is cool.

              My press sounds great. A and B sides were a little dirty fresh out of the sleeve. Probably a qc issue during pressing. C and D sides were fine. Great album, money well spent.
