There is an alt version of this without the logo on the bottom front cover and without the logo in the upper left corner of the back. Sony was sued by Blue Note since the logo was a pretty direct lift, so they reissued it with those two things removed. I will add it when I have a few minutes.

I bought this record before I heard it. I'm not particullarly feeling this song. Perhaps it will grow on me the more I hear it. But what I am feeling is the cover and label. The cover looks like a vintage vinyl from the '70s, with the word 'Stereo' written on the corner, and the effect of the cover creasing on both sides of the cover. The label on the actual record itself looks vintage, with the words 'Long Play' written around the record, rather than across it, as it's been done since the '80's. I'm sure Nas put his heart, emotions, & thoughts into the song, but it's obvious someone put some thought into the presentation of this single. Is it Nas from 2004 or Olu Dara from 1964? Don't be fooled!
