Baraka has "higher and higher" vocal samples. Agree with reviews below it's an epic journey that utilises tribal beats and chanting, acid swirls that go in out and above and the constant vocal sample urging you to go "higher ... and higher." Magic!

Unfortunately, the sound on this ep is quite poor. I'm pretty sure that the sample of "higher" on the best track on the ep "Baraka" made it into the later tracks "Moretsu" and "Higher" (by Kailash). ~*~

While listening to Baraka I felt like I was listening to a live performance of this track in all it's glorious rawness and innocence. You may or may not connect with this or understand how amazing, innovative and difficult it was to achieve this music off the cuff like these artists were doing back then and you may find fault with the roughness of this sound, but for me this is a beautiful moment in the history of Classic Goa Trance. The raw, unfinished sound is what these talented pioneers of Goa Trance pulled off on this day and what they pulled off was an important step in the history of Goa Trance. They didn't have sophisticated machines to make this music, they were figuring it out with what they could scrounge up......on the fly. Respect is due. If I was to place this sound in a history of Classic Goa Trance set. I would place it at 1992-93 although this was released in 1994. Most have never heard this track because it's only released here on vinyl. Olli Wisdom added this track to a mixtape in 1994.
