I happen to disagree with some of the reviews on this. Connected is quite minimal in terms of the drums but it glides along with ease and is certainly still a nice addition to GLO catalogue. The sound quality is immense. SEBA has and still does produce some standout tracks, some of which get better with additional listening to take in the vast array of textures and elements used to create these pieces. Catch the moment takes the listener by suprise with the frantic and quite intense drums that ebb and flow. I always felt this track was a journey between the calm, then the storm. But it works well and is so bold & different. A brave effort to introduce this to the label, but for any producer to even be on this label speaks louder than words

This is fairly average fair I’m afraid and not one of his best twelves. Don’t pay daft money for this……

No reviews of this? For shame. By most accounts, the B side 'Catch the Moment' is more well known, on account of its flailing breaks and abyssal 303 screams which make it pretty effective dancefloor material. The nominal A-side 'Connected' is slightly my preference due to its lovely, Wes-Montgomery-esque guitar licks. Nice cover too.
