Totally agree with the man below (dj1971a). I still play this song almost every weekend that's how great it is.referencing When The Pieces Fall (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) WAR-032
Solid production on this hard-hitting Freestyle track. Didn't get a lot of radio play but plenty of underground play from DeeJays like me back in the day. Actually have the acetate of this song!!!- For me it's all about the Todd Terry Mix, a full-firing tricked-out freestyle mix which breaks the original track into glittering shards of vocals and synth chords, and constructs an almost abstract electro workout. If you had forgotten, or never knew that Todd Terry started out doing this fourth-floor kinda freestyle, well now's your time to get on the case. Well Orange Lemon "The Texican" is the obvious choice, but Hardhouse, Nocera, and the "other" Masters At Work, are good places to check. The other mixes on here are decent enough, and at least you get a chance to hear the song, but they lack that something "extra"
