From "art sex music" by Cosey Fanni Tutti (p. 263):
"I'd been approached to make a sound work for RAI, Italian national radio, based on the theme of 'A Journey Through the Body'. [...] We all went to Rome to record at RAI's studios for a week. The studio technicians were a joke - they were stoned or drunk and unhelpful most of the time - so we took over the recording sessions and recorded with their grand piano, synthesizers and other assorted instruments. When we came to leave, RAI refused to give us a copy of the recording. All we got was a cassette tape of it. It was unofficially released in 1982 on a label of unknown origin with unfamiliar titles, and one track appended with '(for Paula'), with a photo of her on the inner sleeve. [...] That misrepresentation of the work was eventually rectified when it was officially released some years later by Mute Records."

As previous commenters said, this is an excellent pressing. Nearly perfect sound. Highly recommend!- "Journey Through A Body" could have been one of the best TG LP's of all. Except that it has this awful high pitched
shrill sound that Sleazy is making that pretty much makes the whole first side completely unlistenable. 
What does this mean? Unofficial? First edition? This is new.

Anyway, easily one of my favorite releases for it's complexity and sheer atmosphere. What a way to go out (well for a few years anyway...)- The group who almost singularly pioneered Industrial music are portrayed here in a very different light. None of the lighter, more constructed music, but several slices of noise. From ear-piercing WHITEHOUSE-like noise to surprisingly mature Jazz constructions, this is as intriguing as it is challenging.
