- I second the earlier comment below. No-one else I know who's a GVSB fan seems to really know about or own this album, and I think it's probably their best one from top to tail.
- Girls Against Boys is an American band which from the beginning of the 90 's steadily a great reputation begins to build. The combination of Fugazi-noise, jet black and smoky vocals and a steaming double basbezetting delivers a unique band sound on that first above all in the underground catches on but from success album House of GVSB also attracts attention of major label Geffen, then in 1998 where Freak on Ica at released. The larger role that electronics-influences on that album, save neither at the old fans nor the public at large, and it is, apart from side projects like New Wet Kojak, long quiet around Girls Against Boys. You Can't Fight What You Can't See is the long awaited sequel to Freak on Ica. And as was to be expected, the band back to the success sound of yesteryear. The songs are simple, hard, dry, heavy and even here and there a little melodic and clearly told that Girls Against Boys her game joy recovered. Songs like Basstation, Tweaker and Miami Skyline have You Can't Fight What You Can't See more than worth the wait. Girls Against Boys is back!
