The music featured on this 1974 album can be compared to the classic jazz tinged prog of the so called "Canterbury" scene and aficionados of this certain sound will have a hard time to tell this band was from Belgium. 'Postaeolian Train Robbery' reaches the same levels of quality and creative madness as bands like EGG, HATFIELD & THE NORTH, GILGAMESH or NATIONAL HEALTH. Due to their outstanding female vocalist COS even managed to distinguish themselves from bands that dwelled the same realms. Highly recommended to all fans of '70s progressive rock music!

From my point of view it’s hard to see why he thought the track “Karbok” did not warrant inclusion on this reissue, it’s one of the best tracks from the original LP imho. Shame...
