Danzig – Demos '88

Not remastered, sound like sh*t exactly like the old bootleg Lp...

This sounds like an 8 track at home recording.. If you are HUGE Danzig fan maybe pick this up... that being said Ill prob play this once a year tops. Willing to sell for what I paid.

Who wrote these notes?

I don't have any skips on side B, I do however have skips in the dead spaces between tracks A 2-3 and A 3-4. Sucks, but this is the only copy I have!

Nice release to have so the demos 88 does not get worn down. I really wish Night of Hate would have made to the album instead of The Hunter..that song is just lame and it kind of ruins the album.

Sounds like a typical "Demos Compilation". Sub-par audio but not the worst quality. Can clearly tell it's Danzig. Still nice to hear alternative versions of the songs. My copy is a very slightly marbled opaque sky blue.

the notes here are not 100% true... it was available millions of years before as the demo'88 lp... also those recordings were to be found on a bunch of cd and cassette releases... but this here is the nicest one so far-even if it lacks artwork of the cd release-wich is because of this more informative and great...the packaging of the cd version is absolutely wonderful... to me one of the greatest danzig bootleg releases ever... it's easy to see the cd version was done by fans for fans... the vinyl version is just your usual bootleg story- just for makin money... but at least it's out on vinyl this way and this of course is awesome...
the title is funny... a misunderstanding of the death had no name lyrics... over the years 'life without a net' demos became like the brand name of those demos... the sound is much more heavy and dark-bluesy than on the actual lp...i always wished they would have stayed this way...

Are these versions of Twist of Cain & Possession before or after the Samhain versions? The Samhain versions sound better so i am guessing these demos are before??
