I did some research, probably this is mid 80's pressing (perhaps 83-84) when Damunt, Lyntone, PDO were sending matrixes to MPO. There are plenty of Mute, 4AD releases that has UK matrix codes but MPO stampers. But mind that 80's MPO has much much better quality neither today.
The reason why 1980 mentioned on a sleeve is because that's the year when copyrights were registered, the contact signed. Usually, it lasts for 15 years if I'm not mistaken, means same label/record company can re-release it per initial agreement with artist...But that's just my guess which is based on personal experience.

I can confirm this is the version to have! Well sounding and loud! No mono mix failures or other issues like the similar 2018 bronze release.
