Truly awful lyrics and vocals abound. He couldn't even let Midge Ure sing the whole song he featured on. There's a great album in there, somewhere under Wolfgang's yammering.
The real insult about this release is that there was a 15 minute preview video released that didn't contain a single vocal in it. The music sounded terrific - that's the album I thought I was buying, that's the album I want.

Hell, I would gladly pay a bit extra for a 2CD set with Disc 2 being the instrumental version of the album.

All around great music but dragged down by some of the cheesiest political lyrics I've ever heard, especially on the two closing tracks.
