        Great to see at least one label putting music fans and vinyl record buyers first with an exceptional value offering. From the reinforced board outer, protecting a heavyweight 180g vinyl disc, and a bunch of OIS’s to add richness to the overall experience. One of the few recent albums that has blown my mind, the audio spectrum is clear and dynamic, with the only negative I can find being the sound level of the pressing is on the quiet side, meaning that you really need to crank the volume on your amplifier to get it into the listening sweet spot. Hats off to the good people at TMR! Hunt one down while you still can.

          Beautiful pressing of a killer album! What a rare treat for attendees of a great concert! The Rolling Record Store made an appearance at the recent, and legendary "Live from Detroit" concert to commemorate Michigan Central Station's grand re- opening. Among the performers were Diana Ross, Eminem, and of course, Jack White.

          Available were a beautiful blue splatter vinyl for "Fear of the Dawn", as well as two White Stripes records- "Greatest Hits" in red and "Elephant" in a red splatter. Fear of the Dawn retailed for $50 and the other two were $100 so I opted for the blue Fear of the Dawn. In hindsight, I wish I picked up an Elephant, too! Only 100 copies of each album were produced, so they are indeed "hyper- exclusive"!

          Anyways, it is a really cool splatter and a great souvenir to commemorate an incredible concert. Pricey, but considering the splatter is a cool art piece and it is pressed in such a low number, I am glad I got one.

              I've had some pretty bad luck with getting some decent pressings from Third Man Records. I've been holding off on getting anything on that label because of this. Both this album and the follow-up, Entering Heaven Alive were wicked cheap on Spin Me Round's website. Took a chance and ordered both albums. Lo and behold, this sucker sounds FANTASTIC! I may have to look into some more recent pressings the White Stripes stuff now.
