The Question is one of my favorite Slackers albums, and I'm happy to report that this pressing sounds fantastic.

I wish I knew whether the album was originally recorded to tape, DAT, or on some kind of digital console. And if so – were they able to go back to the original sources and master from that?

Whatever they did, somehow hearing this music on wax helps it shine like never before. Presentation is excellent as well, with the gatefold jacket and blue / mint vinyl.

The Slackers are possibly the best representatives of the trad ska / reggae sound today – I've been a fan since the late '90s. If you're a freak about them like I am, you gotta pick up The Question and Wasted Days on vinyl.

And see them live to keep the positive vibrations coming.
