I have a copy in a white sleeve with a sticker which reads:

"MAN OR ASTROMAN?
YOUR WEIGHT ON THE MOON LP
ONE LOUDER RECORDS
15 AUGUST 1994"

There are no other markings, apart from "Louder 4 A - 1-1-1" and "Louder 4 B - 1-1-1" in the run-out groove.

I got this new when it came out. It sounds effing awful. The vinyl looks perfect, but it sounds like a g+ record. Maybe a manufacturing fault/ The pink vinyl version I bought later sounds just fine/ Is there anybody out there who has a glow in the dark version that sounds OK? Is it just my copy or did they all sound like crap?
