Show All 33 Reviews- The sound is not excellent but it's definitely a lot better than the regular LP. One song per side at 45 rpm, what can go wrong? Well, the mastering. I have almost all the PSB singles and to be honest, most of them sounds better. Not by a lot though.

I have both a UK original and a 2018 remaster, and they are both incredible sounding discs. I do prefer the original pressing as it seems 'warmer' but it is a stunning album. It's Alright is worth the price of this alone.referencing Introspective (LP, Album) PCS 7325
I would love to see Trevor Horn remix this into 5.1referencing Introspective (LP, Album) PCS 7325
Brilliant album, I love "I Want a Dog" . . . but something else has brought me to write this, a nagging question which has haunted me for more than thirty years. Is there a hidden joke in Left to My Own Devices? [On the full-length album version. 8:16 minutes - 26 second and repeated again at the 36 second point.]
I think the operatic singer is singing the word "arse", with British accent, hence spelling. It is clearer the second time she sings the word - where she emphasizes the "S" to avoid confusion. Is it a typical PSB tongue-between-cheeks joke? The only lyrics the opera singer has, the one word "arse", sung with beauty.referencing Introspective (LP, Album, Red) 111197
I hear that there are only 10 of these - I wonder how many Red Versions of Actually are out there- The version found here of I Get Excited was never released before on 12" or CD single.this was not marked on the CD.

Excellent album, perfect pop music. Absolutely sublime. At the height of their powers.- This record is overrated. Rating is raised by those who want to sell it as soon as possible. There is no excellent sound here, don't recommend.
- THIS is how a reissue should be done. The packaging is superb, with an outer sleeve, a gorgeous booklet on the inside that goes into great detail the making of the album and a track-by-track overview from the band themselves, AND a proper jewel case to house and protect both discs (thank you very much). Haven't listened yet but based on the great care and detail of the packaging alone, I'll probably circle back around and grab the further listening edition of Actually as well.

Once again, the analog lp rules. You absolutely cannot go wrong with a NM US release
