Weyes Blood – And In The Darkness, Hearts Aglow

Mine is very quiet and completely free of noise, can turn it exceptionally loud with no problem, except for some slight mastering quirks in some places. Anyone know what "Loser" edition means?

Im in love with this record, by far the most gorgeous soundwaves that have touched my ears. However i ordered the purple one and got sent this one instead. It was alright tho, just having Weyes Blood on vinyl was enough to keep me happy

My copy has some loud pops on It's Not Just Me It's Everybody

Great songs I can't believe how lame the accompanying videos are on Discogs. I had the cd terrible sound vinyl is much better

Lucky enough to get a clean copy with low or no surface noise. A few pops here and there. However, I do t u destined what people are talking about regarding engineering/mastering. Some tracks all instrumentation sits muddled in the center. This really apparent with tracks engineered by Andy Sarlo.

First off, the music on this album is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful, piano-driven ethereal pop with hints of ELO, if you ask me. In terms of the audio quality, obviously this is taped on to Type I tape stock (the only one available today) so you don't have any Dolby noise reduction. So, there is some background tape hiss, but on a good player with a cleaned tape head - it still sounds warm with a large dynamic range and great fidelity. One thing I always say about a well-mastered cassette is that it, to my ears, has a wider audio depth of field than digital and even a record.

The inner sleeve that came with the album is rlly hard to put back in but the music makes up for it

Why isn't she globally huge? All of her albums are beautiful. She's a classic song-writer, and her voice is warm and gentle

pressing is noisy, has a number of of pops & crackles. sounds ok other than that
