Edited 2 months ago10/10 for sound quality on this pressing. Identical to the OG, but missing the outer black 'ring' on the label. OG is the only copy to have that. Also, the font used on this has a thinner / regular version of the font compared to a bold / thicker on the OG press. Very happy with this copy! Essential Kerri Chandler release.

Timeless classic. This one sounds great, quality repress. words words- Edited 4 years agoI'm sure the below comments on vinyl quality are warranted, however i can say that there is nothing wrong with my copy. Mine is loud, with good bass and range. Who knows if the presses are a mix of good and bad?

A cracking EP in every way. However, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price tag that some people have slapped on it. What a great house record. Always puts you in a good mood!- Bootleg or no bootleg, some of these sound shit, so sort it out or stop pumping out inferior pressings. Waste of everyone's time and money,
Edited 9 years agoThis record represents a huge brick in the of foundation House Music. Deep House is the lower brick foundation for all other forms of this music. Even though this record sounded great in 93, the vinyl it was pressed on was a little lacking. It was pressed at Sun Plastics Pressing Plant in Newark, New Jersey. I along with many Jersey DJ's were disappointed after purchasing 3 copies the day it came out and 1 of them skipped. This record deserves a UK Double pack REPRESS!!! with each one of the sides pressed on 45RPM. This record is timeless.- Difficult to tell whether it's just this pressing or the production in general but the bass just sounds flat and compressed, in fact the dynamic range on the whole record is pretty non existent. Sprinkles' latest EP has opened my eyes a bit as to how bad some of these classic house reissues sound.
