referencing Richie Havens' Record (LP) TRA 199
This was the first piece of vinyl I ever owned, my Dad bought it for me when I was about 6 or 7, after I'd developed a fascination for trying to scratch his records, and he decided to get me some of my own. It survived somehow, and is actually really good, has some nice raw moments of soul and blues. The weird thing about it is that the drums and bass etc were added 6 years after the original recordings were made. Cacophonous
