There are a couple of excellent compilations collecting some of the singles he waxed for various labels in the 50's and 60's, but I'm not sure Johnny Copeland made an album better than his 1981 debut for Rounder. This pressing sounds good, with a raw, vivid, punchy feel to the soundstage. My copy plays nice and clean, with just a trace of faint surface noise.

Good, solid pressing. Soundstage is ok, but separation is very detailed. Nothing audiophile, but nicely analogue.
