This looks the same as this (very expensive) £1k album? https://gripsweat.com/item/361281649894/jimi-hendrix-electric-ladyland-dlp-1968-1st-blue-text-uncorrected-matrixes. If so, possibly a very first press and one of only very few (less than a hundred). Can anyone else shed light on it?
Edited one year agothis 8 track has a really nice wide mix that makes the songs sound different and more LIVE in some way.. plus, there are is extra time (and music) at the end of some of the songs :) - had to replace the pads on this one, but it's still switching programs with the og splice tape- Is there any reason to believe this is really a picture disc released 1975? Does anyone have any contemporaneous articles on this?

This copy has the track listing correct but the long version of Voodoo chile is listed on the label as the slight return version which it is clearly not! The label is printed as Part 2 but under the stereo symbols the A side is printed as side 3 and the B side is printed as side 4 also the label number is 613009 not 613017 as stated on the sleeve the matrix numbers are printed and corrected
613008 #9 on both sides (hand corrected) to add further to the confusion the inner sleeve has the 108 date code expected from the early issues of the Double sleeve with the girls on it!! I can find no record of any copies with the side listing as 1,2,3 and 4 on any known version or release. Just the usual auto changer A,B,C,D or whatever the combination is.
I have 2 other copies of Part 2 and they are labelled correctly. any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank You. :-) Tony.
