Unofficial and the cover is ugly made, but the sound here is fantastic!referencing Cressida (LP, Album) 847 904 VTY
released in a gatefold cover, with the disc housed in the first panel- Edited one year ago

Spanish original copies of the first Cressida album sound significantly louder and crispier when compared to Italian, German and Dutch ones. Even the UK one have to run for it's money reaching the same sound quality level. Have tested all of them, the pressing of Spanish ones is also more silent and the grooves appear to be deeper. This is the best original release - still cheapest. Get the best one and save money! - I'm not sure if these Cressida reissues are official releases or not, but they look and sound fantastic! Obviously not dubbed from vinyl, my guess the Repertoire CDs from a while back. I say get them while they're still cheap!

Excellent pressing, gatefold hard cover, cannot be missing from your collection, UK Akarma.Excellent option or pay a small fortune for the original, not to mention that these Akarma pressings are getting rarer every day - Yes you can spend a small fortune on an original pressing, but the Future shock pressing does not disappoint, and in many ways its a little gem. My copy is flawless. Its an open, warm and lively sound and has no background hiss or annoying clicks. In the end it's all a matter of choice but for £20 you cant go wrong.

I read somewhere that this reissue on Akarma is NOT an official release and that Cressida have not authorised it nor have any royalties been paid. Discogs should make it clear when a release is unofficial/unauthorised.- Sounds great - clear, clean pressing. I am lucky enough to have a uk original, and while I do prefer the spacious, warm, OG AAA presence by a small margin. Unless you’re doing nit picky critical listening on high end gear, there’s really not a huge world of difference from this presumably digital reissue. Even then, this an enjoyable listen. I have heard a few modern reissues that bothered me, but this isn’t one of them. Recommended!
FWIW: did an a/b with AT vmn50sh on a Rega with Groovetracer platter, vintage marantz, wharfdale diamonds. - Edited one year ago

They really were special this lot. Both records are great I think. Worth obtaining if you're into jazzy prog rock from that time. Lovely in every aspect!
