referencing Eroc (LP, Album, Stereo) 1069
Are CD tracks really taken from the master tapes? I'm seeing some weird vinyl like artifacts in spectrograms.- Eroc (Joachim Ehrig) was the drummer for Grobschnitt, leaving that band in 1983. But he was much more than a drummer, adding electronics to Grobschnitt’s live shows and having a successful solo career. The music on his first two outings is full of electronic effects and musical cut-ups that Eroc created for Grobschnitt’s live shows. Some are sound collages, others lunatic jokes, but for the most part they are beautiful, harmonious instrumental pieces that technical wizard Eroc turned into clever gems.
