Some classic GZ media low level surface noise, particularly on side B, but otherwise a fine reissue. Mastering is pleasingly warm, compared to the CD release, and jacket reproduction is vibrant and glossy.

Yes sounds great! Warm and this clear vinyl is like a piece of glass, dead quiet, flat, practically flawless press IMO and not to mention one of my favorite covers ever. This was an important addition to my collection. Thanks Elephant! 10/10.

One of the best albums, that I have ever heard, and I don't say that lightly, Camera locked into the Velvet Underground groove, and brought the Velvets aesthetic, bang up to date, for the first decade, of the new millennium, that we now call the noughties. Camera in particular zoomed in on, those gorgeous, quieter tracks, on the Velvets debut, banana LP, that where sung, very beautifully, by Nico. I love the way that bands that have been influenced by the Velvets, keep adding to the legacy, whilst having a totally distinctive, and original sound of there own. Its almost as if the Velvets template, combines with there own talent, and inspires artists, to make exciting, infectious, music, that is also sonically interesting, and varied. The Jesus And Mary Chain, of course did this in the eighties, and maybe Camera added that sound to the mix also, as at times the drumming reminds me of Mo Tucker, and at other times like Bobby Gillespie. This is one of those underappreciated masterpieces, that most people, have never heard of, so soft, and pleasingly tender on the ear. I strongly believe that this LP, has the potential, to become, one of those sleeper records, whose reputation will increase, with the passing of time.
