Cutting Crew – (I Just) Died In Your Arms

Tried to pick this up off the turntable while spinning - can confirm, the only thing dying in my arms tonight is the touch in my fingers. It’s a sure fire way to draw blood if you need it too.

10/10 would do it again.

Qualità audio scadente. Lo spettro delle frequenze tende ad avere un taglio a 16000Hz.
La timbrica musicale è al di sotto delle aspettative. Peggiorati rispetto il disco 12" degli anni 80.
La versione principale non è la stessa degli anni 80. Da un gruppo musicale inglese mi sarei aspettato di più in termini di qualità.

A few people know, but there is an extraordinary cover of it done by Italian eurodisco singer/composer/producer Roberto Zanetti (aka SAVAGE) in 1989. It is unbelievable how much of energetic, multi-dimensional content did mr. Zanetti infuse into this pretty plain and let's face it, even somewhat boring track. Catchy synth loops, the new beat and slightly tweaked to sound more dramatic melody will for sure make you wanna forget the original forever.

My own high-quality transfer of "For The Longest Time" from my copy of this 12" was included on the Cutting Crew 2018 compilation CD. It is way better than what Cherry Pop put on the 2010 Broadcast reissue, which I think was sourced from an MP3!

This is some hidden gem shit play this on 33rpm and you have pure instant VAPORWAVE fucking caant believe how good it sounds on 33rpm you would have thought they planned it that way... AMAZING
