The A-side is the disco version, which is also available on the commercial 12 inch release.
The B-side is an edit of the disco version, and unique to this specific promotional release. This edit matches the structure of the album version.

Compared to the album version, the 5:07 disco version is slighty remixed and extended by a full minute.

Side B is not the single edit (despite the label stating 3:48) nor the album mix. Timing is 4:08, like the LP, BUT it starts loud, as the long version (not with the quieter intro of album or 45rpm version)...

This 12" is a different mix from the album version; it's brighter and more spacious overall, the bass guitar is mixed higher up in the verses, more reverb (especially on Cheryl Lynn's vocals), and each chorus is looped several times.

And I agree: it is a better mix. The white-label-promo 12" version, however, is the LP mix.

Love TOTO and this has always been in my top 10 for them, but I only realized that the mix on this 12" is NOT the same as the LP mix. Which I would have found a copy of this 12" sooner, as this mix is superior to the LP mix (though not that much longer)
