Picked this up cheaply the other day, for the nostalgia value of 'Braineater' - which (along with the other tracks on Rising High's 'Secret Life of Trance') was a big infulence on my music taste.
Glad I did, because of the killer track that comes after it: Dreamscape. It's a really lovely track, full of melancholic emotion. Simple piano riff, acidic melody, timeless sound. Top.

Sometimes a track comes along which just works - and its hard to pinpoint why you love it so much. Braineater combines elements of Techno, Acid and Trance to create a beautifully hypnotic journey.

One of those rare electronic moments that perfectly captures an exstatic rush. A great combination of sounds, that given its age, don't sound as cliched as might be expected.

When I've heard this in mixes, it seems to be pitched down to about 142 bpm.
