High quality techno from a master of his game who was taught by a Detroit master, Mr Derrick May. This is up there with the output of the time, definitely worth picking up for peanuts here.referencing Beyond The Pinch (CD, Album) ELEC33CD
On first listen, I felt this album was less appealing than his previous work, somewhat of a failed attempt to change direction. But "Turnaround Touch the Ground", based on live drum samples, really grabbed me. It's reminiscent of some of Kirk Degiorgio's tracks, like As One's "Interstellar". Definitely worth seeking out.
