Three loud pops start off side A. Othwerwise, pretty flawless. I figure a good wet cleaning might solve the issue. The music, that voice, the message overall. . . one of the top sleeper hits of 2023.

Unlike some of the reviews here, my copy sounds very good. Amazing album.

Have I been lucky?

Wonderful music, worst pressing in my entire collection (of +2000 albums). Pops and ticks ruin listening to about half of all songs on the album…

uwe115 is right: it’s glue. Why is there glue on these records?? It got better after intense cleaning, but there are still too way many ticks and pops…

Flawless pressing, seems to be way better than the european pressings.

Glad I bit the bullet, ignored the negative reviews and got myself a copy. Had a feeling the mastering would be good given its Sterling sound and it sounds excellent. My record was flat minimal surface noise bar the occasional pop. Really like the bifold inner sleeve. Whether I got lucky with my pressing I’ll let you decide.

My copy is pretty noisy, unfortunately. It’s a very nice package though.

Immaculate pressing of an immaculate album - no flaws on mine. The music really shines!

Only downside is the paper inner sleeve, which also has a lyric foldout attached to it. I much prefer antistatic sleeves included.
