I've yet to hear any techno or acid techno tune quite as dark and pummeling as this filthy monster. I'm not refering to Glazby's original mix, but that of Henry Cullen (a.k.a D.A.V.E The Drummer).

This track is a real stand-out tune, it begins with the obligatory chugging percussion, as has already been commented it samples some classic 909 sounds. This plods along nicely adding a few minimal elements at each new phrase, and then with a massive rising swoosh and an eery vocal sample it kicks in with the most bubbly, bouncy 303 acid line I've ever had the pleasure of hearing. Listen in at the start of the next phrase for what almost sounds like samples of milk bottles being played with spoons. The break is suitably eerie as well, and does not disappoint when it kicks back in.

I seriously can not find a techno track as banging as this, and with such crisp clean production. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Check out this D.A.V.E the Drummer mix. Stompin' London-style Acid Techno. Yes, there's loads of this stuff about, and yes, most of the newer material isn't a scratch on the older stuff BUT:

This tune ROCKS. It has possibly some of the sweetest distorted 909 ride cymbals in the world.............ever! (Ahem...)

Ignore the Hard House mix - utter cheese

          Check it!
