- Fantastic track, & for me its between "T.P.s Lower Mix", with its big sounding synths dropping into smoother groove as the track progresses or the "T.P.s Lower Instrumental", it has any amazing deep funky bassline leading to a fantastic uplifting piano line lifted further by the soaring strings, plus the "T.P.s 1978 UK Remix" is also worth a listen. Great 12".
- I recall walking in to Quaff records one day - apparently in 1993 - and Dominic Moir asking if I had seen seen the new series of multi-coloured vinyl releases from Serious Grooves.
I couldn't say I had, and he was unable to show me any since they only had a few copies, however, he had firm intelligence that HMV in Oxford Street had a larger stash; on that basis I instantly set off up Berwick Street, and was back in less than half an hour sheepishly concealing my HMV carrier bag containing SGT 1-8. Thanks Dom ;-)
