A very strong mix that has had many plays over the years. Green Velvet, etc., you can't go wrong with this one.

The most important mix of my life. Absolutely brilliant.

This is a fantastic ride through late 90's soulful house: very accesible feel-good music.
Lot's of happy vocals in tracks like "Earthshaker" & quality club-anthems like "Can't hide from your bud", to me still the best track DJ Sneak ever made.
With 3 of the last 4 tracks credited to Green Velvet (= Cajmere) we even have some "hits" in there.
The mixing is also nicely done, as Derrick Carter is not affraid to take some chances. There's no computer matching the beats here, just a dj having a good time...
Put this in your stereo during a home-party or an afterhours &
chances are the neighbours will come over to join you!

Probably my favourite house mix ever. Carter mixes it up to perfection. To this day the track selection still sounds as fresh and exciting as it did all those years ago. If this doesn't make you dance and grin like and idiot then I doubt anything will. Jackin' house at it's best.

This is a must have for all house heads. All the cuts are good. Ranging from quirky to abrstract to soulful to disco, you can't go wrong. You have classics like DJ Sneak's "You Can't Hide from Your Bud", Cricco Castelli's "Life Is Changing", Essentials "Gimmie Some Horns", & others. If you see this, pick it up! (^_^ )

Jackin', bumpin', grindin', deep, funky, chunky house music. Derrick Carter mixes to perfection.
