"Disintegration" reached #3 in the UK and #12 in the US. The album produced four hit singles:
"Lullaby"
"Lovesong" (Listed in some versions as "Love Song")
"Fascination Street" (released as a Single in North America only)
"Pictures of You"
Due to the extended running time of the album, "Last Dance" and "Homesick" were not included on the original vinyl issue of the album, and CD and cassette issues would label the songs as "bonus tracks"; this denotation was removed for all reissues and remasters.
Reissued in 2010 with a bonus cd of rare tracks & "Entreat plus"

- A little better than the original DMM US cut, but still low level and opaque. The Argentinian pressing still sounds better.
- Edited 3 days agoVery low and opaque flat sound. The best things are the details on cover and transluscent vinyl. The promo and standard are the same cut. It's a myth that the promo sounds better.
- Had it. Awful pressing. Very low and opaque. Just recommend to find other pressings like the Argentinian.
- Edited 3 days agoMuch better sound than the UK and the US pressings. Some copies include printed inner sleeve. First pressing has narrow space between tracks, second pressing has a thick space between tracks con side A.
Very bad crackles on the intro of Plainsong, sounds amazing after that though.
i'm glad i'm not the only one noticing the inner groove distortion in this pressing. side A was pretty noisy, side B sounded great until the last track and the rest sounds fine. not an optimal pressing by any means but very happy to have this in my collection regardless.
I’ve never owned an original, but my god this pressing sounds wonderful to my ears. Very lively and dynamic mastering.
Is it just my copy or is this recorded very quietly? Have to seriously crank up the volume
