I just got a copy. It does sound good. Anyone have background info on this release? I see very little information about it online. Appears to me to be a recent release but I bought mine used.

I think this pressing is a re-press. It includes corrected credits on the a-side label. (Eddie Hill being added to track 6). All subsequent pressings include the Eddie Hill credit.- Edited 8 months ago

This pressing has a mistake on the A-side label. No 'Eddie Hill' credit on track 6. I think this was the first pressing. The other version, with the corrected credits on the a-side label might indicate a second pressing since the corrected credits appear on all later pressings as well. - Why'd they just slap the bonus tracks in the middle of the album?
- Sounds good. not quite as good as the light in the attic pressing. The light in the attic is more faithful to the originals with the capitol center labels and cover. If you want a copy and don’t want to spend the extra on previous pressings this is the way to go. bonus tracks are a nice extra

This is a surprisingly loud, clean sounding press. I'm so happy with it. Excellent sound on this absolute masterpiece of early American country. Don't sleep!
