Dead Kennedys – Give Me Convenience Or Give Me Death

I'm not a big fan of compilations but this is different.

If anybody out there happens to have a copy of the booklet and/or the AT order sheet/NMCDF sheet…please let me know!

Unexpectedly. Dead quiet vinyl, good mastering, good sounding. 5 stars for this.

I don't know what happened to my copy but it is pretty fucked up. There are skips and jumps. The surface has weird blurry lines in the vinyl. Looks like whoever pressed it just didn't give a crap. It has a great sound when it's actually playing, but I am thoroughly disappointed.

The other three songs would have been the versions of 'Bleed For Me', 'Government Flu', and 'Chemical Warfare' recorded for the film, 'URGH! A Music War' and rebroadcast on MTV's, 'The Cutting Edge'. This pressing sounds really nice, I was reading in the notes that it doesn't come with a booklet, mine came with a mini one.

i know the notoriety of flexi-disc and not sounding as good as regular hard vinyl, but how does this pressing sound?

my copy has a full size booklet. the matrix and pics match this version

I was so disappointed when I opened this and saw the CD sized book. Like Wow dude seriously?

Not a bad compilation, sounds as good if not a little better than CD. The differences aren't as startling as they were with my '88 pressing of Fresh Fruit, which offers a bit more separation. But still a fine listen if your into this stuff.
